Does Melli contain nicotine or tobacco?

Absolutely not!

What is a Melli?

Melli is a new generation, flavored diffuser that you can inhale and enjoy. Used similarly to a vape, but it’s not a vape. Vapes are often made with chemicals, nicotine, tobacco and other synthetic ingredients. Although, there are many non nicotine vapes available on the market, the juice of those vapes is still made with synthetic ingredients. When synthetic materials are heated up or vaporized to create that vapor you enjoy, the molecular level of those synthetic ingredients may change into harmful and toxic ingredients.

Melli is made only from food grade and food safe ingredients. We don’t use anything that you wouldn’t use to bake a cake. Our blends are composed of plants, botanical extracts, and fruit! When vaporized or heated up, these food grade ingredients don’t turn into toxins. Melli is a better alternative for those who want to enjoy the puff without the poison. Melli is a modern day ritual that’s full of plant based flavor in every inhale.

Is Melli a vape?

Nope! It’s a diffuser! You inhale with a mouthpiece that looks similar to a vape, however Melli is an all natural diffuser made with only food-grade ingredients, and without toxic chemicals!

What’s inside Melli?

Plants, flowers, botanical extracts, fruit extracts and only food grade ingredients! You can literally flavor a cake with the elixir inside of Melli — that’s how safe our ingredients are!

How do I recycle or properly dispose my Melli?

Melli is currently working on our own, in-house recycling program. While we perfect it, we ask you to refer to the guidelines put together by the FDA to dispose of your Melli. You can find the details here: https://www.fda.gov/tobacco-products

How do you quality check Melli?

We manufacture Melli under strict manufacturing standards and hold ISO and GMP certificates. Each device is tested individually before it gets packed. 

How old do I have to be to use Melli?

While there are no laws regulating this type of product because it doesn't contain any regulated ingredient, we still believe that following your country's legal smoking age is strongly advised.

Is there an expiration date on my Melli?

Yes, all good things come to an end. 2 years from the manufacturing date is the expiry date. Do not consume expired product.

How do I know my Melli is finished?

The device will stop working once the battery dies. We have designed the Melli device to vaporize the 3.5ML of liquid with a 90% charged battery.

Are there any use warnings for Melli?

Melli is not intended to cure, treat, diagnose or prevent any illness. We don’t recommend Melli for anyone under the age of 18, although Melli does not contain any tobacco or nicotine and is made with only food grade ingredients. Do not use if you are pregnant or may get pregnant, lactating, or suffer from any medical condition(s). Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you feel unwell or are experiencing side effects please stop using immediately and consult your health care provider.

Store in a cool dry place and keep out of direct sunlight.

How to Use

Take your Melli out of its box. Tear open the seal and take out your diffuser. Remove the rubber mouthpiece and end piece. Inhale, enjoy mouthwatering flavor and exhale.

Shipping and Returns

What is the cost of shipping?

USA Shipping is free on orders over $50. For USA orders under $50 shipping is $5.99-$19.90, depending on weight and the option you choose.
International orders over $100 benefit from free shipping. For international orders under $100 the shipping fee is calculated upon checkout.

How do you ship?

USA orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. International orders are shipped via FedEx.

Where is my order shipping from?

We have multiple warehouses and we'll ship your order from the nearest warehouse to your location if the product is in stock at that location, otherwise, we'll ship directly from our USA warehouse

How long does shipping take?

Within USA: If the product is in stock, orders placed by 2PM PST Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day.

Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. Generally USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days and FedEx takes between 2-5 business days.

Outside of the USA: If the product is in stock, orders that are placed by 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Delivery time for Fedex International can be from 5 to 14 days.

We do not guarantee shipping times as this is mainly dependent on the shipping carrier. If you order has not arrived within 14 days please email us and we can assist you.

Where do you currently ship?

Melli ships worldwide!

Will I have to pay taxes, or duties on my order?

Every country has its own customs and duty agency. Should a duty exist in your country, the customer is responsible to pay for any outstanding taxes, customs or duties upon receipt of their order. Melli doesn’t reimburse these fees. USA orders won’t have duties as they are shipped from within USA.

HELP! I put the wrong address

If you put the wrong shipping address please email us urgently on support@mellidiffusers.com with the following information: Your order number Your name Your correct address
If your order has not yet left the warehouse, we can still change the address. However if your order has already left the warehouse the shipment is a final sale. Should the goods be returned back to us, we can re-ship them again at your cost or refund you. However, a lost shipment due to incorrect address input by the customer will not be refunded by Melli.
