Shipping & Returns

We guarantee the premium quality of all Melli products so when you order from us you’ll receive only the highest standard of goods and service. However, if you have any problems with your product or order, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll do everything possible to find a solution for you. Melli doesn’t currently accept any returns or exchanges on products. Should your item arrive faulty please email us within 7 days and we will surely take care of it. Other concerns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You will be deemed to have accepted the products and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the products.

We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe are unfounded or fraudulent.

Cost of Shipping

USA Shipping is free on orders over $50. For USA orders under $50 shipping is $5.99-$19.90, depending on weight and the option you choose.
International orders over $100 benefit from free shipping. For international orders under $100 the shipping fee is calculated upon checkout.


Delivery Time

Within USA: If the product is in stock, orders placed by 2PM PST Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day.

Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. Generally USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days and FedEx takes between 2-5 business days.

Outside of the USA: If the product is in stock, orders that are placed by 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Delivery time for Fedex International can be from 5 to 14 days.

We do not guarantee shipping times as this is mainly dependent on the shipping carrier. If you order has not arrived within 14 days please email us and we can assist you.

Shipping Guidelines

1. Products that are defective (to be determined by Customer Service) will be exchanged and re-shipped at our expense.
2. All orders shipping to 3rd party shippers are final.
3. We are not responsible or liable for delays or damages while in possession of a 3rd party shipper.
4. Orders lost in transit due to incorrect address input by the customer will not be refunded or replaced by Melli and are the customer’s responsibility. If you put an incorrect address please contact us right away with the correct address.
5. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Melli is not liable for reimbursement of such charges.
